March 3, 2009, 15 years ago
THERAPY? have announced that bassist Michael McKeegan will be live on the Swedish radio station Bandit (www.bandit.se) at 2 PM (CET) (1 PM - GMT) tomorrow (Wednesday, March 4th).
Also, guitarist/vocalist Andy Cairns will be joining in by phone for part of the show.
Says the band, "We'll be talking about the new album and playing a few tracks - you can hear it live online at bandit.se/webbradio/frameset.php."
As previously reported, Global Music has announced the release of Therapy?’s upcoming album, Crooked Timber, on limited edition white vinyl, available from March 30th.
In the 90's Therapy? released a number of vinyl recordings themselves until they were told by various companies that "there wasn't a market for it anymore."
As avid music buyers themselves, Therapy? reminisce: “We still remember the thrill of buying vinyl, coloured punk singles, metal picture discs, noise bands on splattered vinyl. DR2 were prepared to release a vinyl version of 'Crooked Timber', so we jumped at the chance to give our fans something special to remember too.”
A final word of advice from frontman, Andy: “Just don't leave your copy in front of a radiator!”
Therapy? album, Crooked Timber is due out March 23rd, 2009 and the limited edition white vinyl will be available from March 30th, 2009. Both are available to pre-order and receive on day of release via the Global Music Online Store here.
