In the following video report from Artisan News, legendary BLACK SABBATH guitarist Tony Iommi signs copies of his book, Iron Man, for fans at Book Revue in Huntington, New York, and he recalls almost killing one of his bandmates:

Iommi hosted a Livestream event on Tuesday, November 1st. He discussed his new book, Iron Man, and answered fan questions. Check out video footage from the event below:

According to a book description: "Iron Man chronicles the story of both pioneering guitarist Tony Iommi and legendary band Black Sabbath. Iron Man reveals the man behind the icon yet still captures Iommi’s humor, intelligence, and warmth. He speaks honestly and unflinchingly about his rough-and-tumble childhood, the accident that almost ended his career, his failed marriages, personal tragedies, battles with addiction, band mates, famous friends, newfound daughter, and the ups and downs of his life as an artist. Everything associated with hard rock happened to Black Sabbath first: the drugs, the debauchery, the drinking, the dungeons, the pressure, the pain, the conquests, the company men, the contracts, the combustible drummer, the critics, the comebacks, the singers, the Stonehenge set, the music, the money, the madness, the metal."

Iommi was a guest on BBC 6 with Cerys Matthews on Sunday, October 23r). The audio interview is available here

"Tony talks to Cerys about his book Iron Man, where he goes on the record about Black Sabbath and recounts his life story including his inspired but complex relationship with Sabbath's lead singer, OZZY OSBOURNE."

As previously reported, Iommi was interviewed by Planet Rock radio about the possibilities of a reunion with singer Ozzy Osbourne, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward.

"At the moment we're in talks about it. But what's going to happen with it, I don't know. There's no definite decision on anything at the moment, but at least it's going. We're talking, we're all talking to each other. We've met up, had a play [rehearsal], and it was great."

Iommi adds: "We haven't announced anything yet, because nothing's definite. We're taking it steady, because these things have a tendency to backfire. 'Oh, you said you were getting back together, but you haven't.' So I don't know. We'll have to see. It would be nice to think we could, and I think we would all like to do it, but it's a bit more involved than that."

The complete audio interview is now online here.
