Z Rock 2009 - Opening Slot Open To Unsigned Acts; Frontiers Rock Night To Launch

Z Rock 2009 is scheduled for May 29th - 30th at JB's in Dudley, England. Organizers check in with the following update:
"Due to a minor hitch we have moved the competition for the opening slot at Z Rock 09 on May 29th to JB's in Dudley, UK.The event will take place on Friday, January 23rd, bands can nominate themselves by simply emailing zrockagency@zrecords.net.
We intend the evening's competition to be between the final 4 acts admission will be just £5. The evening also marks the trial night of an all new melodic rock night by the Frontiers team so get on down and put the midlands back on the map!"
Acts confirmed for Z Rock 2009, are as follows:
Friday, May 29th: WIG WAM, TONY HARNELL, STORMZONE
Saturday, May 30th: JOHN WAITE, BIG NOIZE, VON GROOVE, EDEN, NEWMAN, LEC ZORN
Tickets: day 1 - £30.00, day 2 - £47.50
