After a great long decade of silence, Swedish melodic black metallers ALGAION is back to the fold, reunited and preparations of a new full-length album are underway.
Previously busy on his stint with other bands (HYPOCRISY, PAIN) and also currently in Swedish power metal band MORIFADE, Mathias Kamijo decided that it was time to resurrect the ghost of Algaion and brought it back to life in 2008 together with founding member Mårten Björkman.
New blood have since joined the Algaion camp, with current members from CORPORATION 187 (Viktor Klint and Robert Eng contributing on guitars and drums respectively) and Tobias Leffler (previously in VERGELMER and N.C.O) on bass.
