Classic 80s metal act THE RODS - David "Rock" Feinstein, Gary Bordonaro, and Carl Canedy - are the latest band confirmed for the Headbangers Open Air 2009, which take place from July 23rd to July 25th in Brande, Germany (near Hamburg).
