DOWN, the acclaimed New Orleans-based band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist), bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA), guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA), have updated their site with photos from their November 20th gig in Houston, Texas. As previously reported, Down will be releasing a "documentary DVD" of their 2006 tour and another live DVD from their recent appearance at Loud Park 08 which took place at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama City (Tokyo) on October 18th - 19th.
Bassist Rex Brown said a new album is in the works, but Down still has touring to do, including South American and European festivals next summer. "No overdubs. It's straight and raw as you can get it," Brown said.
