FRANKIE BANALI - "I Let Kevin Know How Much He Is Missed By All Of You..."

QUIET RIOT drummer Frankie Banali has issued the following update:
"Yesterday I visited Kevin's final resting place and was able to spend time there with him to reflect on our friendship and our history. It was a beautiful day even though it was also a sad day made so much more as the day passed, became cooler and the rain clouds contributed heaven's tears. Kevin really liked a particular brand of East Indian incense that he could never find in Las Vegas where he lived. I would always buy him some and bring it to him when we would meet up at airports for Quiet Riot dates. I brought a stick for him and lit it there for him. A familiar scent as a small gesture to a familiar friend.I let Kevin know how much he is missed by all of you and how many wonderful and kind notes I have received on his behalf. For this I thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to write. Afterwards I visited Kevin's mother to pay my respects to her as well. No mother should feel alone on such a day as this. I also related to her all the kindness that friends and fans have said about Kevin. She is also grateful for this."
