MetalHead.ro has posted a photo gallery of pictures from SLAYER's show in Austria on November 17th. Opening acts for the gig were AMON AMARTH, TRIVIUM and MASTODON.

The German edition of Metal Hammer recently posted a new a video interview with Slayer guitarist Kerry King. During he chat, King reveals that he already has a title for the next record and various song-titles. The previously announced album release of summer 2009 might nevertheless be a bit "optimistic" he says.
Additionally, he talks about Rick Rubin as producer and reveals his distaste of Rubin hardly ever coming to the studio. It's not what Kerry King expects a producer to act like.

The members of Slayer - Tom Araya/bass, Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman/guitars, and Dave Lombardo/drums - spent a couple of weeks in a Southern California recording studio earlier this month tracking three new songs for an album due sometime in 2009.
