HANOI ROCKS singer Michael Monroe was featured guest on IRON MAIDEN singer Bruce Dickinson's BBC 6 Music Friday Rock Show tonight (November 28th). Monroe talked about the band's 29 years together, their influence on the Los Angeles hair metal scene and their shock decision to call it quits.

Hanoi Rocks have released of a brand new two-CD retrospective compilation This One's For Rock'n'Roll. This superb package includes 33 songs, encompassing both distinctive parts of their career, the '80's and the new millennium. The lavishly packaged set includes many previously unreleased photos and written testimonials from illustrious peers such as ALICE COOPER, Ginger (THE WILDHEARTS), Dregen (BACKYARD BABIES) and Jussi 69 (THE 69 EYES).

CD 1 covers the years 1980 - 1985 and the first incarnation of Hanoi Rocks, tragically cut short by drummer Razzle's death.

CD 2 brings the legend up-to-date with music from the reborn band from 2001 onwards.
