Guitarist Glen Drover (ex-MEGADETH, KING DIAMOND, EIDOLON) has issued the following update:

As of Monday, December 15th, I will be 100% ready to begin my online guitar lessons!!!! This is something I am really excited about - I have taught guitar on and off for years, but doing this with people from around the world will certainly be a new one for me.

For those of you who have already contacted me, or if you are reading this for the first time, I will give you specifics once you contact me at hallowedapparition@gmail.com .

Meanwhile, the following details have been issued:

Cost: $25.00 US per 30min lesson, with a minimum of 4 lessons at a time.

Payment: Paypal. Email address for depositing is xxelence@gmail.com. Payment must be made before the first lesson of $100 US funds.

Program Needed: Skype. Download from www.skype.com. It's free and very easy to use. You will need that program, plus a webcam with a built in microphone.

Time and Duration: Once a week with a consistent day and time each week, as there are many requests coming and I need to schedule everyone in properly. I am based in Toronto, Canada and go by Eastern Standard Time (EST). All confirmed bookings will be EST so please keep this in mind when booking and when confirmation is received.

Cancelations: 48 hours notice. If appropriate notice is not given the lesson is considered a paid lesson.

No shows and lates: I will remain available for a lesson up to 15 minutes. If you do not show within 15min of your 30min lesson, you would lose that particular lesson, which is fair, as I will be there waiting for you. If you are late, that time will be deducted from your 30mins.

What I will be Teaching: Recordings that I have done over the years from Eidolon, King Diamond and Megadeth, Dimished, minor and harmonic minor scales, to name a few examples. Feel free to bring along some music that you are interested in and I will be glad to go over it with you. I have been a teacher for many years, so there are lots of possibilities.

Note: Once payment is received I will send confirmation of payment as well as the date and time for the lessons.

Drover will be performing with TESTAMENT on December 31st for the New Year's Eve Blowout Bash 2008, taking place at Fat City in San Francisco, CA. Also on the bill for the show are LAAZ ROCKIT, DUBLIN DEATH PATROL and DRAGONLORD.
