MEGADETH Drummer SHAWN DROVER - "Fast Stuff, Mid-Paced Stuff, And Some Slow Heavy Tunes As Well For Good Balance"

MEGADETH drummer Shawn Drover has checked in from the studio with the following update:
"Knee-deep in the process of getting this new record written before we commence the actual recording of it. As I write this, I 'think' we have 8 1/2 tunes written, and I like them all - a good musical variation thus far as well; some fast stuff, mid-paced stuff and some slow heavy tunes as well for good balance. We are on a good path right now and are in a good creative mind-frame - certainly us having our own recording facility helps matters. This is our 'home away from home' and we all like it.I fly home this Tuesday, right in time to get last-minute Christmas shopping done with my wife, Jodi, and spending the holidays at home - something I am very much looking forward to."
