GMT, the rock act featuring guitar legend Bernie Tormé (ex-OZZY OSBOURNE, IAN GILLAN, DESPERADO), singer John McCoy: (ex-Gillan, MAMMOTH, SAMPSON, JOEY BELLADONNA, ATOMIC ROOSTER) and drummer Robin Guy (ex-BRUCE DICKINSON, FAITH NO MORE), see the following update posted at their website:
"From Director Peter M. Margolis and Dakota Films with cooperation from the Rhoads family comes the long awaited documentary film on the life of celebrated rock guitarist RANDY RHOADS.Three years in the making, this documentary highlights interviews with those closest to Randy as well as reveals never before seen photos and footage of Randy throughout his life.Tentative release date for the film is September, 2009.
Director Peter Margolis and his team came to interview Bernie Tormé at his studio in Kent for the forthcoming documentary. Bernie spoke of his experiences when he stood in to replace guitarist Randy Rhoads on the Blizzard Of Ozz tour following Randy's untimely tragic death in 1982.
Bernie would like to thank Peter Margolis for the eopportunity to take part in his film."
