Swedish metal veterans IN FLAMES won the Swedish Grammi award today (January 7th) for the Best Hard Rock category for their album A Sense Of Purpose. The other bands that were up for the award included MESHUGGAH 's obZen, MILLENCOLIN's Machine 15, OPETH's Watershed and SABATON's The Art Of War. Joey Tempest, the singer for resurrected Swedish rockers EUROPE, presented In Flames the award. In Flames performed during the broadcast which was aired live on Sweden’s TV4 and took place at Hovet in Stockholm.
