THE RODS Reunion Album To Feature RONNIE JAMES DIO

Legendary American heavy metal THE RODS are currently working on their reunion album with singer Shmoulik Avigal (vocals on Heavier Than Thou) original drummer Carl Canedy and guitarist David "Rock" Feinstein. The band are negotiating a US deal which is expected to be announced soon.
About the album, Avigal told BW&BK;: "It was a hard and satisfying work. We had Ronnie James Dio (BLACK SABBATH/HEAVEN AND HELL) as a guest singer on two songs: 'The Code' and 'Metal Will Never Die'. I had some good times working with the guys again."
David "Rock" Feinstein and his cousin Ronnie James Dio first found underground fame in the late '60s blues-rock band ELF.
