BOLT THROWER Confirmed For Germany's Rock Area Festival

UK death metal legends BOLT THROWER have issued the following update:
"We are more than happy to announce that Bolt Thrower has chosen to play the Rock AreaFestival, on Saturday, August 22nd 2009. We were already looking forward to sharing the stage with HEAVEN SHALL BURN, MAROON, ONSLAUGHT, AMON AMARTH etc. but now even more, since the change of location to the amazing Loreley (on the right bank of the Rhine, above the city of St. Goarshausen, Germany). Lorely-Open-Air website .This legendary amphitheater located on top of a massive soaring rock overlooking the Rhine, has got to be one of the coolest places in the world to hold a festival like this and we would like to congratulate the Rock Area crew for getting into this location where so many others have failed!

In addition, the full line-up and running order has been confirmed for the 2009 Maryland Deathfest VII, in Baltimore, USA. Bolt Thrower will be playing on Saturday 23rd May, and with this line-up it'll be great to see some old familiar faces again.
