Z Rock To Cross The Pond; ANGELHOUSE Confirmed For Z Rock 2009

Z Rock 2009 is scheduled for May 29th - 30th at JB's in Dudley, England.
Organizers check in with the following update: "Brummie rockers ANGELHOUSE have been confirmed as the opening act on Saturday, May 30th. The band recently supported TYKETTO and EDEN at JB's in Dudley and went down really well. This continues our tradition of allowing new unsigned talent the opportunity to play in front of a large crowd."
Acts confirmed for Z Rock 2009 are as follows:
Friday, May 29th: WIG WAM, TONY HARNELL, STORMZONE
Saturday, May 30th: JOHN WAITE, BIG NOIZE, VON GROOVE, EDEN, NEWMAN, LEC ZORN, ANGELHOUSE.
Tickets: day 1 - £30.00, day 2 - £47.50

In other news, Z Rock organizers state, "We are now 99% certain that a Z Rock event will be staged later this year either on the US east coast or in Canada.
4 acts are already in talks re. taking part and to date everything looks set to run smoothly.
