Stuff.co.nz is reporting:

There will be just one rule when the IRON MAIDEN party bus takes to the streets of Christchurch this month - no other bands allowed. The bus tour raising money for cancer charity Canteen will be full of Iron Maiden fans singing along to their favourite songs.

Christchurch fan Justin Ure organised the tour for both Kiwi and Australian fans of the veteran heavy metal band on the day of its Christchurch concert on February 22.

Decked out in Iron Maiden artwork including the band's mascot Eddie as a rugby league player the bus will be thumping around Christchurch's hot spots giving the Australian visitors a taste of the city and allowing others to collect donations for Canteen.

"You'll hear us coming a few blocks away," said Ure.
