EPICA Vocalist SIMONE SIMONS Checks In, New Album In Pre-Production

EPICA vocalist Simone Simons has checked in with the following update:
"Hello,Right now we are finishing the pre-production for the new Epica album. It is so exciting! I love the new songs and can't wait to play them live. Unfortunately, Epica won't play for another couple of months. The live shows are so much fun always and I have to say I miss it already very much.
A good thing is that the SONS OF SEASONS starts playing from the 20th of February and I will be there as well. They just finished the album Gods Of Vermin and it sounds amazing!
Here are the shows that will take place in February:

20 - JC Staddijk - Nijmegen, Netherlands (Benefit for Animal Welfare)21 - Zaal Edma - Vorselaar, Belgium (with OCEANS OF SADNESS)
27 - De Baroeg - Rotterdam, Netherlands (with XYSTUS)
28 - Rocktemple - Kerkrade, Netherlands (with XYSTUS)
It would be great to see you guys there!
Since a while Nina (who is also making my MySpace layout) and me are working on my own website, www.simonesimons.nl and it is almost finished. On the website you'll find more personal material, info on other side projects and a nice selection of my photographs which I have made while being on the road, and some professional ones as well.
So, that is it for now. Now you guys are a bit more updated about what's going on in my world."
