Nydailynews.com is reporting:

AEROSMITH had a message for a House Republican who used one of the band's songs for a video celebrating the GOP's unanimous no vote on President Obama's stimulus package: 'Dream On'.

Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.), the No. 2 Republican in the House, used the rock band's '70s hit, 'Back In The Saddle', in a YouTube video to symbolize that "the House GOP is back" after major Election Day losses, the Huffington Post reported.

Just hours after the video was released Tuesday, however, the clip had to be taken down. A copyright infringement claim was filed by Stage Three Music, the rights-holder to the song.
