BraveWords.com has received the following from Debemur Morti Productions:
From the urban thresholds the Beast is rising...
From members of austere underground legends BLUT AUS NORD comes 777, an industrial black metal project spawned from the darkest realms of existential decay.
On their debut album, released this spring through Debemur Morti Productions, the band will unleash a putrescent and monochromatic aural universe composed of bleak pessimism, disharmony and human failure.
Prepare to witness the ascension of perverted spirituality…"
Further updates to follow.
As previously reported, Blut Aus Nord will release their new album, Memoria Vetusta II - Dialogue with the Stars, on February 23rd via Candlelight Records. The album track 'The Formless Sphere (Beyond The Reason)' is streaming now at the Candlelight MySpace page.
Recently, the band's singer/guitarist Vindsval stated: "This album is extremely important for us, we have already composed two amazing songs in the majestuous vein of 'Fathers Of The Icy Ages'. This time you won't find any industrial sounds or disharmonies on the album."
The sequel to 1996's Memoria Vetusta I - Fathers Of The Icy Age, Memoria Vetusta II - Dialogue with the Stars features the following tracklisting:
'Disciple's Libration (Lost In The Nine Worlds)', 'Antithesis Of The Flesh (...And Then Arises A New Essence)', 'The Alcove Of Angels (Vipassana)', '...The Meditant (Dialogue With The Stars)', 'Acceptance (Aske)', 'Translucent Body Of Air (Sutta Anapanasati)', 'The Formless Sphere (Beyond The Reason)', 'The Cosmic Echoes Of Non-Matter (Immaterial Voices Of The Fathers)', 'Elevation (The Dawn Of The Gods)'.
