Italy's LACUNA COIL have revealed that their forthcoming Shallow Life album will feature the following tracklisting: 'Survive', 'I Won't Tell You', 'Not Enough', 'I'm Not Afraid', 'I Like It', 'Underdog', 'The Pain', 'Spellbound', 'Wide Awake', 'The Maze', 'Unchained', 'Shallow Life'.

As previously reported, Shallow Life is set for an April 21st North American release via Century Media. The album was recorded with acclaimed producer Don Gilmore (AVRIL LAVIGNE, LINKIN PARK, PEARL JAM) at the famed NRG Studios in Los Angeles. This new effort is another huge step forward in the band’s continuous evolution and marks their first full-length since 2006’s Karmacode and promises to be well worth the wait. It has been years since an artist came along that could redefine a genre, but this group has the potential to do just that. This is the next big thing.

Fans can now rejoice as Lacuna Coil are looking to debut some new material on this spring’s Music As A Weapon IV festival. Lacuna Coil joins such hard rock titans as DISTURBED and KILLSWITCH ENGAGE on the road beginning March 20th, crisscrossing the US before finishing May 16th. The 38-city Music As A Weapon IV fest marks the group’s first run of North America in almost two years.

Cristina Scabbia (vocals) states: “Shallow Life is a natural metamorphosis from within the band; we explored different musical territories while maintaining our own style. A mix of old and new, fast and slow and light and dark. The album production is incredibly powerful and has a beautiful purity to it. Hopefully listeners will feel the same sort of connection that we have to these songs. It would be great to think that we have produced songs that will make anybody either think, smile or cry. Shallow Life has forced us to challenge ourselves. It represents the way we see ourselves in the days we live in through truth, love and lies.”

Andrea Ferro (male vocals) adds: “We are thrilled to be involved in what will surely be an amazing tour, a great event of rock n' roll culture! We're really happy to get back on the road in the U.S. after a long time. The new songs in the rehearsal room sound awesome and we're looking forward to play some for you. We hope to see you all soon.”
