THE INFINITE STAIRCASE featuring drummer Paris Bierk, the son of ex-SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach, have posted their first single 'Forever For Now' plus five additional audio samples from their forthcoming debut on their official MySpace page. Go to this location to check them out.

In addition, guitarist Jeff Cerzosie has issued the following update:

"So, here we are...

It is now almost 5 in the morning on March 17th, 2009 (Happy St. Paddy's Day fellow Irishmen and women). What a long road it's been. I can't believe we are literally DAYS away from leaving for our first tour, our first MAJOR tour, and with bands like BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and SEVENDUST!?!? Only in dreams my friends...

I can't even begin to explain the nerves going through my system right now. We are working our asses off and hopefully it will show. Our first test comes on the 24th in Iowa. And though we'll be on the road for about a month, we do plan on keeping everyone up to date as much as we possibly can. In fact, several of us will be writing tour diaries. Get your bookmarks ready!

Lenny's tour diary will be available on: Anti Music Network

Jeff's tour diary will be available on the Metal Sludge Forums

Jared's tour diary will be available on Splattertribe

And, schedule permitting, we're hoping to be constantly updating everyone with photos, videos, and everything and anything that we can while on the road.

In fact, we are making a public plea of sorts, asking that anyone who comes to the shows and sees our sets, please take pictures and videos, whether with a pro camera or your cell phones, we would LOVE to have you all contact us and send us anything you may end up getting of us on the road. We really want to document the hell out of this. So if you take a picture, or videotape 30 seconds of our set, if it's not too much trouble, please contact us via MySpace or at hairpick@aol.com We would be much obliged.

Now, on to some other business...

The Album you ask??? Well, it is currently available for pre-order (via MySpace) and will be available for shipping and normal ordering really any day now. You can also read the lyrics to the entire album! Expect to see it on iTunes, Amazon mp3, Rhapsody, Napster, eMusic, and all of those other fun Digital Distribution Sites within a month or so. And with any luck, we will have the album in stores across the country by the summer.

Many more details regarding the album will be announced very soon via press release and blog. We are very excited and really can't wait for the world to hear what we've been putting our blood, sweat, and tears into for all of these years. The Road Less Taken is our vision brought full circle. I hope you all enjoy it. And for a glimpse into our souls check out the main page www.myspace.com/theinfinitestaircase for some full length and some clips of the FINAL Mixes and Masters of 6 songs!!!!!

That's all for now... but we'll be back soon with more."
