Today is the launch of the website www.judaspriestworld.com.
This website is a global fan-project supported by JUDAS PRIEST fans from all over the world to celebrate their 40th anniversary.
It took us six months to set up the site. We have collected a huge archive from unseen video footage and very rare photographs. Some of them are already uploaded, but we chose to update the site every week with items from the vault and with the latest news about the band and their ex-members.
Our link section contains a huge overview from all the producers, fansites, writers, tribute bands, ex-members etc..
Beside that we have for the first time published a fact sheet about the band. The fact sheet shows the visitor what Judas Priest has achieved in the past 40 years.
One of the main achievements of the band is their 1,700 tour dates, which we have published on the tour pages. This results in a list of 1,200 bootleg recordings, another achievement in the entertainment industry.
We also published all the magazine covers from 1979 till 2009 - 275 in total.
We have also free competitions with nice prizes..
