LAWNMOWER DETH Comment On Download Confirmation

As reported yesterday, British thrash/metal/comedy act LAWNMOWER DETH are one of the latest acts confirmed for the 2009 edition of the Download Festival, scheduled for June 12th - 14th at Donington Park in in Leicestershire, England.
Guitarist Concorde Faceripper (aka Steve Nesfield) comments about the gig:
"Well fuck me, if this isn't the most bizzare blog that I'll ever post, but we can now confirm that we will be playing Download 2009 !We think it's Stage 3 early doors Saturday, but how mad is that??
Think we can pull of the biggest fish dance in Lawnmower history? Well we'll give it a good go.
Have Live Nation gone mad in letting us foul their stage? Yes, but god bless them all.
So, for now we are off to hide in a dark room and practice those three-chord twat songs of ours.. and we look forward to seeing you lot in June. Fucking Donington. Mad!"
