As previously reported, Shadows Fall have announced the formation of their own label in conjunction with Warner Music Group's Independent Label Group and Ferret Music. The band will release their 6th studio album this fall. More details coming soon.

Lead singer Brian Fair has this to say about his bands new venture: "All of us in Shadows Fall could not be more excited about our new working relationship with ILG and Ferret Records. We have always been a band that tried to maintain as much control over our career as possible and this new deal gives us just that. The music industry is changing drastically and to stay one step ahead we knew we needed a new business model and perspective. By combining the forces of ILG, Ferret Music and Channel Zero we have created a "Justice League Of Metal"!!

Shadows Fall boast an impressive resume including two Grammy nominations; Best Metal Performance for 'Redemption' off Threads Of Life in 2008 and 'What Drives The Weak' off The War Within in 2006. The band has sold upwards of one million units worldwide.
