RAINBOW - Classic '81 Concert And Dio/Glover Interviews Online

That source for all things vintage (and free!) WolfgangsVault.com has posted a RAINBOW concert from the Orpheum Theater in Boston, MA (May 7, 1981), featuring Joe Lynn Turner on vocals. The nine song gig lasts 1:23 and was aired (in edited form) as part of the King Biscuit radio program. Simulataneous with the live show, the site has also added separate interviews with Ronnie James Dio (8 minutes) and Roger Glover. Originally recorded in '85, Dio covers a lot of ground in that short span, from his days in ELF, to Rainbow and BLACK SABBATH to the formation of (then new outfit) Dio, the band. A few years later (in '88) the bassist was afforded 15 minutes to reminesce about all sort of historical points regarding DEEP PURPLE.
