Yes... I am touring with the rock monster hit machine that is FOREIGNER this year! They are good guys, good friends and they play great rock and roll songs! I have history with them and enjoy continuing that!

My other boss, Mr. (BILLY) IDOL, and I are still writing though. We will get together and keep it rolling when I am off the road. It is fine because the road is many things at once which can give a person fresh ideas to write about. You miss friends and family at home, but you get to rock every night! You have to deal with travel and airports but you pay your bills through rocking every night! You are still responsible for taking care of biz back home but you get a drum solo every night! Reality shifts a bit on the road because you are a cog in the traveling rock machine and you better deliver the goods every night and you better be on time! But that ain't bad cuz you get to play Hot Blooded!

See! It is a strange intertwining, metaphorical figure 8 that we musicians learn to weave within and around. I am familiar with it but that doens't mean it doesn't mess with your mental state!

It can give you Double Vision! It can play Head Games with you! It can still Feel Like The First Time! You're a Long Long Way From Home waking up to a Blue Morning and you realize your still just a Dirty White Boy!

I want to thank Mick Jones and Foreigner for offering me yet another opportunity to rock with them. And I want to thank Billy Idol for all the opportunity he continues to give me! He came down to The Big Ball Stars show on Saturday night and tore the roof off! The word got out, the club sold out and he kicked ass on 'Ain't Talkin' Bout Love', 'The Real Me' and 'Rebel Yell'.
