As previously reported, Rocklahoma, the premier eighties music festival in the United States being held July 9th - 12th in Pryor, Oklahoma has announced Thursday as Heavy Metal Day and will feature the music of SAXON, OVERKILL, METAL CHURCH, LEATHERWORLF and headliner ANTHRAX.

Metal Church comment: "We are honored to be part of this years incredible line-up and look forward to seeing

all of their fans once again."

The band is also considering several other tour dates that have recently been offered due to the continued success of their latest album, This Present Wasteland, that is still doing very very well in both retail and radio.

The 3rd Annual Rocklahoma will have over ninety bands on four stages. Additional bands will be announced in the upcoming future.

On the three side stages, Rocklahoma has partnered with Retrospect Records to showcase additional bands of the eighties.

Rocklahoma is one of the largest Rock Festivals in North America with attendance coming from all fifty states and six out of seven continents.

Catch The Fever Festival Grounds is located four miles north of Pryor, Oklahoma and has 6,200 assigned and numbered seats, as well as general admission on the lawn for over 50,000 people.
