As previously reported, Lynch is the latest artist confirmed to participate on the upcoming SUPER STAR project, being put together by Kris Kancler.

An update reads: "George Lynch was in the studio with us today to perform his solo on the opening track, 'Get Out Of My Way!'. This track has Stevie Rachelle on vocals and was written to kick you in the head upon your first listen.

We already know Stevie laid down a killer vocal track. (See my recording Blog for those details).

As far as George Lynch is concerned, this guy is a legend for a reason! A guitar GOD! A virtuoso and a master of his craft. He blasted this song to shreds and make no mistake; your ears will bleed when you hear it. If this track won’t show you how angry an addict can get when he’s looking for his fix, then I don’t know what will. Thanks so much George for making this track even more special and more rockin then we ever could."

Some background info on Kancler and his project reads as follows:

"A percussion fanatic, Kris Kancler, aka Super Star, is as crafty on the kit as he is cunning in life. A recoverist of the highest order, Kris understands something about ambition, addiction and the power to overcome.

A former computer consultant (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), Kris ran a flourishing business in Chicago called Computer Professionals On Demand. He lived in Chicago for several years battling a serious addiction that almost destroyed his life. Kancler, however, fought with Super Star fervor.

Now a passionate health participant, Kancler’s obvious good looks, enigmatic charm, and undeniable talent have lent themselves to good use.
