ASKA Departs For Germany, Confirms Headlining Lone Star Metal Gig

With one foot practically on the plane to Germany for the Keep It True festival (April 23rd - 24th), George Call, guitarist/singer for Texas traditional metallers ASKA, confirms that they will be the headliner for the Lone Star Metal online magazine kick off party, to be held June 27th at Fitzgerald's Casino in Houston.
It marks the band's first Houston date in over a year. The editor of the bi-monthly webzine awarded ASKA the top spot after witnessing the band's high energy performance at this year's Nightmare Metal Fest, in San Antonio.
Also on the bill is Brazilian power metal act VOUGAN who recently relocated to Austin, Hollywood California's CONSPIRACY OF THOUGHT and OFF THE ZODIAC, from nearby San Antonio.
