"Namaste, Sussreekall, Salam, Bonjourno, HeyY’all, and WOW!!!!

I hope all of you Most Beautiful People had a successful week filled with untold happiness. I was thinking each of you could have been enjoying bliss... so Nicklas and I tried to manifest said bliss, in your honor. :)

Firstly, I rehearsed THE SET (complete with The Promise songs) and I must tell you: my drummer (Flavio), my bass player (Jacen), and, of course, my guitar player-n-co-conspirator / producer / band leader / The Dude (Jason Darr) totally took moi to task! Oy! (Or is it, 'Oi'??) Holyshisse!! They are sooooooo fast! No rest between songs!! Yikes!

And the video was Tuesday (April 21st)… ALLLL of Tuesday! Yessireee! It was like doing a gig-FULL-ON-for 10 hours straight! Hahaha! Om thank you, Universe, for blessing me with the ability. Om Nama Shivaya. And, thank you for my yoga training, lately. It makes ALLLLL the difference!!!

I can’t wait to see the edits! The guys were awesome! Power! Bravado! Horrrrrns!!! It was the mostmostmost fun, especially with the collaborative energy. Ahhhhhh…jammin’ and performance. Its getting me centered. :)

The rest will unfold, as it always does. The Universe is funny like that.

As previously reporetd, Bif will be hitting the road this summer in support The Promise, which is due in stores May 5th. Thus far, the following two show dates have been announced:

June

13 - The MOD Club - Toronto, ON
20 - Rylys Nightclub - Saskatoon, SK

Tickets for the Toronto show, which is an all ages event, are priced at $25 each and go on sale Friday, May 1st.

Tickets for the Saskatoon show, which is a 19+ event, are priced at $20 each and are currently on sale.
