Guitarist JEFF YOUNG (ex-MEGADETH) got together with Lorraine Lewis (ex-FEMME FATALE vocalist) and Roxy Petrucci (ex-VIXEN drummer), and wrote "a little BAD COMPANY-esque / countryfied rocker" entitled ‘Desperate’. The track is currently streaming at Jeff's MySpace page.

As previously reported, Jeff will be releasing his first solo album, Equilibrium, this summer. The "classical/flamenco/samba" album was mixed by Michael Wagener (OZZY OSBOURNE, METALLICA, QUEEN, KING'S X, SKID ROW, EXTREME). The tracklisting and writing credits for the CD are as follows:
