hot flashes news

Organizers for this weekend's Rock On The Range - the annual rock festival at Crew Stadium in centrally located Columbus, Ohio set to happen on May 16th and May 17th - have issued the following update:

"For those about to rock...

Rangers--the wait is almost over. A year's worth of planning, months of behind-the scenes craziness and we are some 24 hours away from one helluva weekend! Remember this: Rock On The Range is YOUR weekend....the people's festival. Let's all work together to keep it that way. While you look to have the time of your life, let's also make sure to look out for your fellow rangers. Be positive, be cool, and most of all we want you to let loose. Use ROTR to forget any negativity, to forget troubles, let your hair down and put your beers up! We can't wait to see ya'll at The Crew Stadium.

If you haven't gotten your tickets yet--what the hell are you waiting for? Click here. And if you have, tell a friend who hasn't to go get 'em already. Doors at 11:00am. Be early--leave later.

Rock On The Range...where rock lives!"

As previously reported, the two-day, multi-stage music and lifestyle event will feature 19 bands on three stages each day.

As an added bonus for fans, Rock On The Range has teamed with Define Mobil in 2009 to create Rock On The Range text messaging, offering fans a chance to win prizes at the show, including the opportunity to watch the entire concert from the stage.

Since Rock On The Range coincides with the annual Armed Forces Weekend, festival producers are offering a special military discount on tickets for enlisted personnel. Any active member of the U.S. Military need only bring their current military I.D. to the box office to redeem this special offer.

Presented by Right Arm Entertainment, AEG Live and Crew Stadium, the two-day, multi-stage music and lifestyle event drew 30,000 people in its inaugural year in 2007 and more than 55,000 people in 2008. Event features this year include the addition of a third stage, the Jägermeister Music Stage, on-stage fan platforms for contest winners and an expanded vendor village.

A limited number of tickets are still available for this year's Rock On The Range. Single day general admission stadium seats are available for only $54.50. Two day GA stadium seating is offered for a discounted price of $99.50.

Fans can go to this location to learn how they can recycle old cell phones and mp3 players to earn Swag Bucks, digital dollars that will allow them to purchase VIP tickets to the show, a 2007 event poster or a 2008 festival t-shirt.
