Rock Of Ages Broadway Cast Recording Due Soon

According to Broadway.com, Rock Of Ages has announced it will release its original Broadway cast recording June 2 digitally and July 7 in stores.
The New Line Records album - which was recorded in NYC on April 28 and 29 - features 22 tracks written by the likes of JOURNEY, STYX, REO SPEEDWAGON, FOREIGNER and WHITESNAKE, to name a few. Among the famous ’80s hits incorporated into the show: 'We Built This City', 'Wanted Dead Or Alive', 'Don’t Stop Believin’', 'Can’t Fight This Feeling' and 'Nothin’ But a Good Time'.
Rock of Ages, now at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, received five Tony nominations, including Best Musical, and has already been optioned for a movie. The cast is headlined by Best Actor Tony nominee Constantine Maroulis, Amy Spanger and James Carpinello.
