Second AC/DC Adelaide Oval Gig "Close"

The promoters of AC/DC are believed to be close to confirming a second Adelaide concert, AdelaideNow can reveal.
Kerry O'Brien Publicity spokeswoman Kerry O'Brien told AdelaideNow this afternoon "the promoter is trying to make a second concert happen".
"There is nothing set in concrete yet - but stay tuned," she said.
For the past week, AdelaideNow has been campaigning for a second concert with a petition (here) signed by thousands of AC/DC fans.
Almost 3500 people have signed up, building hope that the band will appear twice at Adelaide Oval next March after their only show was sold out in hours.
About 40,000 tickets to the Australian rockers' Adelaide Oval concert sold out in two hours.
