REVOCATION To Play Free New York Show

Recent Relapse signees REVOCATION have announced a free show in New York City this week, as part of the TonesofDeath.com monthly metal series. This show will also include CASTEVET and the yet-announced winner of the MetalSucks.net ‘win a gig’ contest (contest details here) as well as exclusive first-listens of CLUTCH’s new album Strange Cousins From The West in between bands.
This show will be held at Fontana’s (105 Eldridge St – btwn Grand and Broome) on Thursday, June 4th and include free Colt 45 while supplies last. Complete details and RSVP information can be found here.
Revocation are currently completing work on their second full-length album and Relapse debut Existence Is Futile at Damage Studios in Southbridge, MA with Pete Rutcho. Existence Is Futile, the follow-up to their debut album Empire Of The Obscene, is expected to see a fall 2009 release date.
Revocation will embark on a mini east coast tour starting June 10th alongside QUO VADIS and DARK FAITH. A listing of confirmed tour dates and cities can be found below with more to be announced soon.
