WWIII frontman Mandy Lion has checked in with the following update:

"My friends, I need your help.

First off, thanks to all of you who made the last two Key Club shows sell out events. Rob Sherriff of Hollywood Sherriff Productions asked me to do yet another show at this awesome venue in the heart of Hollywood. This time, more than ever, it is absolutely crucial that we sell that baby out again because all moneys raised that night will be given to 'Save A Live' no profit and no kill animal shelter in Los Angeles. These people are doing more than their share helping those who cannot help themselves. Let us all get together on Friday, July 3rd rock the house and give these good people a hand in the process.

Those of you who know me understand how much I love all animals and dogs in particular. So, this next event is very dear to my heart and I want to ask all of you to grant me the honor of raising as much money as we can to help our furry friends. During the day we will have pet adoptions right in front of the venue. If you are looking to adopt a new family member this could be the day you could make that a reality.

Having lost my beloved Gabriel over a year and a half ago I will dedicate this show to him. Gabriel was without a doubt the love of my life. Those of you who have been lucky enough to have been owned by a special dog, cat or another type of living angel know how they can steal your heart.

I am looking forward to making this event a raving success for these beautiful orphans. I know you guys will help make that happen.
