BRET MICHAELS Won't Sue Tony Awards

Rock Of Love star BRET MICHAELS (POISON) describes his Tony Awards accident in one way: "I got my bell rung!"
"All in all, I'd like to think I feel okay," the Poison frontman, 46, tells People. "But I got to be honest with you, I feel pretty beat up."During the opening number on the June 7 telecast of Broadway's biggest night, Michaels suffered a fractured nose and split lip after he was hit by a large sign descending from the ceiling following Poison's performance with the Rock of Ages cast.
"I want to make very clear to everybody that – first and foremost – I was honored to be asked to be at the Tonys. I'd never done it before and in all my life it's not something I thought I'd be on. I was really excited," Michaels says. "There's no lawsuit. I'm not doing any of that. I'm taking the high road."Read more here.
