CIRRHA NIVA Confirmed For ProgPower Europe

Dutch band CIRRHA NIVA are the latest act confirmed for ProgPower Europe 2009, which will be held from October 2nd - 4th at JC Sjiwa in Baarlo, The Netherlands. The band will release a new album in September called For Moments Never Done which features their new singer Legrand.
