THIN LIZZY Guitarist Scott Gorham Comments On Canceled AC/DC Gigs

As previously reported, due to the prolonged recovery of drummer Tommy Aldridge (ex-WHITESNAKE, OZZY OSBOURNE) after his recent accident, they have been forced to cancel the three shows with AC/DC: Wembley Arena - June 26th, Dublin Punchestown Racetrack - June 28th and Glasgow Hampden Park - June 30th.
Thin Lizzy guitar legend Scott Gorham has commented on the cancelations: "I want to send a personal message to all our supporters to let you know how extremely disappointed I feel over having to cancel the gigs with AC/DC. I know you all realize accidents happen and we appreciate all the messages and good wishes you have sent for Tommy’s speedy recovery. I had been looking forward to these gigs from the moment they were announced but in the end the only option for us was to cancel. Again I apologize for the disappointment this has caused and thank you for your understanding."
