Goodfellow Records and Sonic Unyon have announced that they will be releasing the new album by up-and-coming Quebec technical/death metal outfit AUGURY in Canada. Their new upcoming album Fragmentary Evidence, set for release in Europe on July 17th through Nuclear Blast, will be released in Canada on Goodfellow/Sonic Unyon on Tuesday, August 11th.

Fragmentary Evidence is produced by Hugues Deslauriers (CLEARWATER DEATHBLOW), Yannick St-Amand (DESPISED ICON) and Augury. Mixed by J-F Dagenais (KATAKLYSM) and mastered by James Murphy (DEATH, OBITUARY, DISINCARNATE). Artwork and Layout by Sven de Calluwe (ABORTED).

Augury will be doing a lot of touring in support of the album, starting with a special date next Friday, July 17th, in Quebec City opening for VOIVOD. The band will then do a hometown Montreal CD release show at Club Soda on August 15th before heading out on their first tour of North America in September with Dutch death metallers GOD DETHRONED, New York’s ABIGAIL WILLIAMS, and Ohio’s WOE OF TYRANTS. This September tour will then be followed up by another major North American tour in November with Polish death metal legends VADER, California's DECREPIT BIRTH and WARBRINGER, and Florida's S.W.W.A.A.T.S.
