Rockeyez.com recently spoke with FREAKSHOW / QUIET RIOT drummer Frankie Banali. An excerpt from the interview is available below.
Q: Many people want to know do you know the whereabouts of the mask that was used during Metal Health (Quiet Riot). That has to be one great collector item!
Banali: "There were four original masks used for the Metal Health / Bang Your Head video. One disappeared from the set, two were destroyed as part of the video and I've always had the remaining one. I took it out on the road and wore it live on the Metal Health tour, as did Kevin from time to time. I also used it on 'The Wild And The Young' video. I can see it right now when I look over my left shoulder as it hangs on the wall of the hallway next to my office right above a picture of me wearing it behind the drum set at a 1983 show."
