Guitarist Martin Andreas Söderqvist from Sweden-based metallers HOSTILE CELL checks in with the following update:

"I've been pre-recording some vocals in the studio while waiting for Eric to finish the drums. My feeling about the new material is that it contains some extremely heavy riffing. But instead of going in there and growling my guts out I will focus on the melodies and do a lot more real singing than on our debut.

So we've got these pounding metal riffs, crossbred with rock vocals and I think it will be very interesting. Don't worry, there will be enough of hardcore growling as well.

We are recording 16 songs that will probably be narrowed down to 10. I have some new ideas about the release that I will present as soon as we decide which way we want to go with this thing."
