ONSLAUGHT Report On Alcatraz Metal Festival; Video Footage Available

The second edition of Belgium’s Alcatraz Metal Festival took place at the Brielpoort in Deinze, Belgium on Saturday August 8th.
UK thrashers ONSLAUGHT performed at the festival and check in with the following:
"What a fucking brilliant festival! Seriously, a huge thank you to everyone involved in the organization of this, and and even bigger thank you to all the fucking lunatics that crashed the barriers and rocked out like the old school bastard motherfuckers that you are!Thank you so much... did I mention this festival was fucking brilliant?!!!!!!!!"

Onslaught's American Manager Kevin Fetterplace (who managed the UK thrashers 20 years ago) has told BraveWords.com that the band are currently working on setting up shows in North America including a US Fan Club show which will be filmed and recorded exclusively for the club. More details to follow.
As previously reported, Onslaught will be touring South America this coming October. Says the band: "The tour will begin in Brazil on October 8th closing with three shows in Colombia on October 16th/17th/18th. There are still a few dates / countries to be announced but we should have all the final details real soon."

Onslaught's new live album, entitled Live Damnation, was released through Candlelight Records on July 20th. The album was recorded at the Damnation Festival on November 22nd, 2008 in Leeds, UK.
