I'm very excited to premier our new newsletter and to announce our talent lineup for the November 2009 camps, and I know you’ll be excited to hear the news: MEAT LOAF, JON ANDERSON and ACE FREHLEY have signed on to be our headliners! And, we’ve got more options for you this time around. For the first time in Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp history, our November Los Angeles camps will come in two sizes: a 3-½ day camp (happening November 12th - 15th) as well as the traditional 5½-day camp (happening November 17th - 22nd).

Our 3½-day camp will feature the one-and-only original KISS guitarist, Ace Frehley. Not only is his trademark black-white-and-silver facepaint one of the most recognizable images in rock history, he is the only axeman who has played on every major KISS album. In addition to his history-making work with KISS, Ace has a successful solo career and is currently putting the final touches on his next album, Anomoly, set to be released in September. Those of you who choose the 3½-day camp will meet the legendary guitarist (along with many other rockstars), record at Capitol Studios, and perform on the Sunset Strip at the legend Whisky A Go Go.

Our 5½-day camp will also feature one of the greatest rock and roll characters of all time, Meat Loaf! The artist behind 'Paradise By The Dashboard Light', Bat Out of Hell I, II, and III, and has appeared in movies such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Fight Club will be making his first appearance at Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp. The 5½-day campers will also meet Ace Frehley and the legendary voice of Yes, Jon Anderson. Also, a surprise guest who helped to make the Whisky A Go Go famous will jam and perform with campers at the final show.

Both camps will feature an amazing lineup of Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp counselor favorites including guitarist icons Elliot Easton (THE CARS), Bruce Kulick (KISS), Share Ross (VIXEN), and Rudy Sarzo (QUIET RIOT). Luminary drummers Kenny Aronoff, Sandy Gennaro (Bo Diddley) and Danny Seraphine (CHICAGO); superstar keyboardist Teddy Andreadis (GUNS N' ROSES) and Rami Jaffee (FOO FIGHTERS / THE WALLFLOWERS) are all returning to lead our camper bands. The counselor lineup will also include Ron Nevison (producer / engineer – THE WHO / ROLLING STONES) and our very own Mark Hudson (producer / songwriter – AEROSMITH). Campers will get to jam with all of our counselors!

Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy Camp will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of LED ZEPPELIN during camp. At Capitol Studios, campers will record with Eddie Kramer, the producer and engineer behind five of Led Zeppelin’s greatest albums.
