Leaves' Eyes are currently streaming the new song 'Northbound' at their official MySpace page. 'Northbound' can be found on the band's new 'My Destiny' single, which features the following tracklisting: 'My Destiny', 'The Battle Of Maldon' (non album track), 'Scarborough Fair' (acoustic version - non album track), 'Northbound', 'Nine Wave Maidens' (non album track), 'My Destiny' (remix - non album track).

Leaves' Eyes have announced that their new album Njord will be available as a very special edition (pictured). Strictly limited to 500 copies, the deluxe box set containing a Premium Viking Longship Model ( 31,5 cm long x 28 cm high x 22 cm wide with an approximate weight of 0.65 K) with the Leaves' Eyes logo on the sail and the limited edition digipack CD including two bonus tracks plus an extra sticker.

Leaves' Eyes will be doing some signing sessions including an acoustic set in several CD Superstores in Germany right around the release date of their new album, Njord. The band will sign autographs after each of the following confirmed dates:

Leaves' Eyes have also been added to the Metal Female Voices Festival 2009 which is taking place October 17th - 18th at Oktoberhallen in Wieze, Belgium. The band will perform a "small acoustic show" according to organizers.
