BraveWords.com has received the following update on Brazilian metallers SHADOWSIDE:

Shadowside didn't even have time to unpack. After a series of concerts in Brazil and Spain, the group announced on their official website another run through the USA. So far a total of 24 shows in less than a month have been confirmed.

The tour, named Wake Up Screaming, will go through the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa and Indiana in support of their recently released album Dare To Dream, produced and mixed by Dave Schiffman (SYSTEM OF A DOWN, AUDIOSLAVE, AVENGED SEVENFOLD) and mastered by Howie Weinberg (AEROSMITH, IRON MAIDEN, METALLICA, PANTERA and others).

"We feel we are going through an excelent moment and are very excited about this tour, which is going to be the longest one we've ever done in America so far. We're thrilled to be playing cities we've never been to before as well as several that had us in the past. It will be an intense month, no time to breathe or anything else aside from Metal, therefore have no doubts we'll be focused, electric and bring all that energy to the stage!"
