DOWNSPIRIT - Stuttgart Show Cancelled

German/Swiss blues/metal act DOWNSPIRIT, the band formed by SYMPHORCE/ex-FREEDOM CALL guitarist Cedric "Cede" Dupont, have issued the following update:
"Unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, the show on Sunday (September 6th) in Wendlingen/Stuttgart has been cancelled. We're looking for a new date to play this area as soon as possible.There's a show on Saturday, September 13th, in Balingen... not too far away from Stuttgart."
A previous update from the group reads: "It's been a while since you heard any news from us, but that doesn't mean we didn't do anything :-)
Actually we've been busy as hell... writing more material, rehearsing, organizing, talking, organizing again, writing lyrics, taking new pictures aaaaaaaaaaaaand so on.
The work really paid off: we are really excited that we finally finished all of the songwriting and arranging and are now able to confirm that we are finally going to record our debut album in November. Studio time is booked and it's going to be a killer!
As a warmup we plan to play a couple of shows (see the dates section for a first run of gigs)... more to follow.
So, come to our first shows, feel the spirit and let's make it a big rock n' roll rollercoaster!
