TOBY KNAPP - The Campaign Title Track Now Streaming

Ex-ONWARD guitarist TOBY KNAPP (GODLESS RISING) has issued the following update:
"The title track of the forthcoming solo release on Shredguy Records, The Campaign is up (listen to the track here )!I suppose the actual guitar solo could be classified as "shred" because it was inspired by Allan Holdsworth, I don't call myself a shredder.
This song is just a continuation of the theme of the entire album, integrating prog, black metal, thrash and rock music. For myself, the composition comes first and if it calls for a solo that will do something to compliment the song, then it should be done. If a simple chord progression is put together as an opportunity to display guitar gymnastics, it gets very dull.

A previous update from Toby reads: "The album will contain four instrumentals, four songs with vocals and one older bonus track remixed. The guests vocalists are Attila Csihar, Dean Sternberg and Tom Cline and look for this release on Shredguy Records in the fall/winter."
