BARONESS To Shoot First Video From Blue Record This Weekend

BARONESS will partner up once again with director Joshua Green to film the first video from the band’s forthcoming Blue Record this weekend.

The video, for the track 'A Horse Called Golgotha', will be lensed in the band’s hometown of Savannah, GA. Baroness previously worked with Greene and The Distillery Collective on Red Album’s “Wanderlust” video that can be viewed here.

Baroness has recently announced a full US tour in support of Blue Record. The month-long headlining tour will kick-off on November 18th in Washington, DC and include a number of guests along the way including EARTHLESS, TORCHE, PIG DESTROYER, US CHRISTMAS, IRON AGE, and more. Baroness has posted a preview of the video track, 'A Horse Called Golgotha', via their MySpace page. 'A Horse Called Golgotha' can be streamed along with Blue Record’s intro track, 'Bullhead’s Psalm', and its successor, 'The Sweetest Curse'.

Blue Record is set for an October 13th North American release date and is available for pre-order here. A limited edition of Blue Record will also be available with an accompanying CD that features a BARONESS live set from Roadburn 2009.
